RoManiacX Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) develops and maintains Family Spend. This policy must be reviewed and finalized by the developer before being treated as the app’s official privacy policy.
About this policy
This is a starter policy page for Family Spend. It is not ready for submission to Google Play until the developer verifies and completes every section against the app’s current behavior, Firebase configuration, analytics, advertising SDKs, and other third-party services.
Information the app handles
Describe precisely what information users enter or the app collects, such as expense details, budget information, family or account identifiers, and any account profile data. State which information stays on the device and which information is sent to a server. Remove categories that do not apply and add anything missing.
How information is used
Explain how each category of information is used to provide expense tracking, budgeting, family features, account functionality, security, or support. Do not list a purpose unless the app actually uses information for that purpose.
Storage and service providers
Identify the actual storage systems and third-party service providers used by the released app, including relevant Firebase services or SDKs. Explain what data each provider receives and link to their privacy notices where appropriate.
Sharing and disclosure
Describe whether information is shared with family members, service providers, analytics or advertising partners, or other parties. If the app does not share a category of information, say so only after verifying the implementation and SDK behavior.
Retention and deletion
Explain how long each category of information is retained and how users can request deletion or delete it themselves. Include any account deletion flow required by the app and applicable Google Play policies.
Security and children
Describe security practices accurately without guaranteeing absolute security. State the intended audience and whether the app is directed to children, based on the actual product and Play Console declarations.
